Eligibility:

• 1.1. The "Win a Trip for (1) to a selected round in California, AMA Super Cross" contest is open to all legal residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older. If under 18, you must be accompanied by an Adult at the prize winner's expense. Travel insurance is the individual's responsibility.
• 1.2. Employees, representatives, or agents of Serco Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Contest Period:

• 2.1. The Contest will begin on Monday, 21st/08/2023, at 8 am and end on 31/10/2023 at 5 pm, "Contest Period." All times are AEST.

Winner Selection:

• 3.1. Winners will be selected through a random draw among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• 3.2. The draw will take place on Thursday, 2nd/11/2023, at 5 pm at Serco Pty Ltd, 108-114 Steel Street Capalaba Queensland 4157.
• 3.3. Winners will be notified via Email or phone call on the Friday, 3rd day of the draw date.

Prizes:

• 4.1. Grand Prize: One lucky winner will receive a trip for 1 only to meet James Stewart.
• 4.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Publicity:

• 5.1. By participating in the Contest, winners agree to Serco Pty Ltd's use of their name, image, for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
