MXstore is proud to announce its partnership with methodMOTO, a new revolution in dirt bike coaching presented by Ben Townley. MethodMOTO is an online platform developed to deliver coaching for all ages and capabilities of dirt bike riders. From beginner to pro, Ben Townley's ultimate guide will teach you tips and techniques to master a dirt bike. MethodMOTO 101 is all about making you the best rider you can be.

The methodMOTO 101 Package is broken down into 10 modules and 56 Chapters. In 2021, methodMOTO will be launching a Trail Package, Beginner Package plus you’ll gain access to content around fitness and nutrition.

The methodMOTO 101 package consists of 10 learning modules covering the following:

• Standing Position
• Seated Position
• Starts
• Braking
• Flat Corners
• Berms
• Ruts
• Jumping
• Uphill
• Downhill

In this online course, Ben will take you through the fundamentals of mx riding, all of the techniques, tips and tricks that helped him to achieve his dreams and become one of the best to come out of Australasia.

Ben Townley

Ben is going to share his vast knowledge he has learnt over the years from names such as; Joel Smets, Josh Coppins, Stefan Everts, Aldon Baker, Mitch Payton and Ricky Carmichael. From how to get the perfect start, cornering techniques, to correct body positioning all to help you ride not only faster but safer.

BT as he is known has competed globally since the age of 8 years old. During his career he rode for Factory KTM, Factory Honda and Pro Circuit Kawasaki. Along the way he became 2004 MX2 World Champion compiling 13 World Championship MX1 and MX2 round victories and also became 2007 USA 250 Supercross Champion along with 6 USA 250 MX Championship round victories to his name.

Since retiring from professional racing, Ben has coached his own boys Levi now 11 and Jag now 9, passing on his tips and techniques. He saw his boys gain confidence out on the track and in their riding. He has been coaching dirt bike riders around the world, through this he has developed the method for dirt bike coaching to help riders improve their techniques.

Now from his home base of Tauranga, New Zealand Ben has put all of this into 10 easy to watch modules, the methodMOTO 101.
