The MXGP World Championship is in full swing despite the pandemic, and this year there is a list of Australian riders in the mix.

Jed Beaton:
Our very own MXStore ambassador, Jed Beaton has cemented himself as regular front runner in the MX2 class of the FIM MXGP World Championship. The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing rider has been a strong contender in 2020, and he's one to keep an eye on as the series progresses.

Mitch Evans:
The pandemic has been a negative for most, but the pause in racing played into the favour of Mitch Evans as he recovered from shoulder surgery earlier this year, allowing him to heal and return to racing. The Honda HRC rider is building his way back into form, and the signs are already promising following a stellar start at the beginning of the season.

Bailey Malkiewicz:
A rookie in the MX2 category, Team Honda 114 Motorsport's Bailey Malkiewicz has been making steady improvements throughout his maiden season racing motocross internationally. The former 125cc junior world champion is getting accustomed to the intensity and depth of talent in the world series, showing glimpses of his potential so far.

Nathan Crawford:
Racing alongside Malkiewicz at Team Honda 114 Motorsport, Nathan Crawford has been quite impressive in his first term of world motocross championship racing. The popular Queenslander has been struck by his share of bad luck, but he's also recorded some really strong results. The best is yet to come from the number 199!

Kyle Webster:
A MX Nationals regular signed to Penrite Honda Racing, Kyle Webster has scored a rare opportunity in the MXGP World Championship as a fill-in rider with JM Honda Racing. He won't make his debut until the MXGP of Lombardia at the end of the month, and you'll find him racing in the premier class.

Wilson Todd:
Two-time Australian champion Wilson Todd is currently on the sidelines as he recovers from knee surgery, but a return to racing can't be ruled out. When and where (and if!) he returns is yet to be determined, but keep an eye out for the DRT Kawasaki entry when you're scanning over results towards the tail-end of the season.
