Upon his return from the US, Luke Clout impressed with his speed and skill on a bike in the latter half of 2012. He was quickly picked up by the Serco team to fill in for an injured rider in the ASX but made the most of his oppportunities to turn it into a full time ride for the factory Yamaha MX2 team in 2013.
