2022 125cc Cup | Triple Crown
MXstore 125 Cup History
In 2021 MXstore grabbed some pre-mix, some 125's, and a few has-beens. There was the typical trash talk to one another in the pits before they hit the track for the MXstore 125 cup races. The brainchild of this epic class was X-Games gold medalist and MXstore athlete Corey Creed. This unique senior 125 class was held at our local track Gold Coast Motocross club and it was an absolute hit with some spectacular bar to bar racing. In 2022 our crew at MXstore has raised the bar by expanding the MXstore 125 cup into NSW for the King of MX in Port Macquarie for a one-off round. On top of that, we will now introduce the MXstore 125cc Cup Triple Crown.
Introducing the 2022 MXstore 125cc Cup Triple Crown
The Triple Crown Series will give pro and clubman 125 riders a chance to go head to head for 3 rounds of racing at 3 different tracks! We will award a championship red plate at the end of each round, just so everyone knows who their target is. The top 3 riders of each class will receive prizes at the end of the triple crown series with the 125 pro class receiving prize money and the 125 amateur class receiving thousands in prizes. ENTER HERE!
This one of a kind event produces never before seen racing from current pros, ex-pros, to up and coming amateurs to washed-up veterans all fighting for their chance to not only get bragging rights but to win a substantial payday or collect a ton of prizes. Who doesn't love listening to a bunch of 125's flat out around some of the best tracks in South-East QLD? To make this series even more interesting, here at MXstore we live by the motto "Ride More" and to embrace this we have decided to pay riding fees for the first 20 riders in both the Pro and clubman classes. As you would expect the classes fill up very fast making these events not to be missed.
Prizes
For each and every round we have the Shred Holeshot Award where $150.00 will be awarded in each race and the Maxxis Race and Win Program. A big special thanks to all of our sponsors that make this series possible providing both products for prizes and prize money. There is a huge $1,000 cash prize thanks to Red Bull for each round of the pro class and a massive $4,000 SPP cash purse supported by Michelin & MXstore goes to the pro class overall winner of the series.
