2024 Aussie Flat Track Nationals (AFTN) incoming, with 6 rounds spanning over 3 weekends it will be consistency across the 24 races that sees the champion crowned.  By racing on 19" tyres in the same format as the United States and Europe, the series provides a platform for Australian riders to hone their skills to be competitive at an international level.  Due to it's success, 2024 is the first year that AFTN is recognised as an Australian Championship by Motorcycling Australia.

How Does It Work?

There are 6 rounds spread across 3 weekends, so that's back to back racing but in different formats, Saturday is a classic flat track format and Sunday is TT racing.  At each round, classes will have four races consisting of between 6 to 15 laps, add qualifying on top of that and you're getting plenty of seat time.  Points from every race count towards the championship, so this is where consistency plays a huge role in how you stack up.
