Click & Collect at MXstore

Did you know that MXstore offers Click & Collect? Instead of shipping the package to your address you can shop online and visit our showroom to collect your purchase in person.

Our Showroom inventory management team process Click And Collect Orders every two hours during the day. We will send you a text message to notify you when your order has been picked and is ready for collection. If you are in a rush please phone our customer service team to request that the order is picked earlier and we will do our best to get to it ASAP.

At MXstore you have access to our growing inventory of over 100,000 products. With fast and easy navigation you can browse between brands, categories, or shop by your bike. You can also search for products and refine your search based on size, bike, price range, new arrivals, etc all while shopping at your own pace. Click & Collect gives you time to carefully seek out what you need whilst offering the convenience of a retail store.

Click & Collect also gives you the opportunity to connect in person with one of our team members who can answer any questions or offer expert advice about your order.

Remember that products cannot be put aside or held for you unless the order has been completed and paid for. Items will remain for sale on our website and in-store until they have been processed and placed on an order. If you are placing an order over the phone please complete the transaction to ensure that your items are secured.

For Urgent Pick-Up Orders – The best way to ensure your order is ready when you arrive is by giving us a call on 07 5535 7998.

If you ring ahead please be ready with your MXstore order (invoice) number which begins with an N. Let us know what time you will be arriving to pick the order up and we will do our best to have it ready to go by the time you arrive.

If you call outside of our operating hours simply raise a request using the words “Click and Collect” in the request subject line. These requests are tended to as a priority and the team will have this processed first thing every day.
