• The Promoter: MXstore Pty Ltd, ABN: 17 138 351 023, located at 36-40 Junction Road, Burleigh Heads, QLD, 4220, Australia.
• Competition Duration: From 12:00 am AEDT on 1st March 2025 to 11:59 pm AEDT on 31st March 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.
• How to Enter:
  • Be logged into their MXstore account.
  • Have a bike saved or update and save their bike details in MyGarage.
  • Make an eligible purchase of any bike part or accessory during the competition period.
  • Participants will automatically go in the draw to win. This is a game of chance.
• Prizes:
  • 1st Place Prize Pack: Talon/Excel A60 Carbon Wheel Set, Moto-Master Flame Front & Rear Brake Discs, Renthal Sprockets, Renthal R1 Works Chain, Dunlop MX34 Front & Rear Tyre Set, and more.
  • 2nd Place Prize Pack: Dunlop MX34 Front & Rear Tyre Set.
  • 3rd Place Prize Pack: Renthal Front Sprocket, Renthal Ultralite Rear Sprocket, Renthal R1 Works Chain. 
• Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on 04/04/2, and winners will be notified within 7 days.
• Eligibility:
  • Open to Australian residents only.
  • MXstore employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Multiple entries allowed with new eligible purchases and saved bike updates.
• Entry Disqualification: MXstore reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incorrect, or non-compliant entries. Defamatory or abusive behavior may also result in disqualification.
• Personal Information: Participants consent to MXstore collecting personal details, including name, email, phone number, and bike details, for winner identification and marketing purposes per MXstore's privacy policy.
• Prize Delivery:
  • Winners will be contacted to arrange delivery.
  • MXstore is not responsible for third-party shipping.
  • Winners may be required to provide images or content for social media.
• Liability: MXstore is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss from prize use, except as required by law. The Promoter is not responsible for shipping delays or third-party issues.
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: MXstore reserves the right to amend these terms without notice. Participants will be notified via the competition page.
• Acceptance of Terms: By entering, participants agree to these terms. Any breach results in disqualification.
