It’s getting to that time of year and while we are all usually attending regular Christmas Party’s in relatives homes or rooftops for work functions. The moto industry is thriving and the crew at Motoland decided to throw a Christmas party for the MX community and invited all to attend! With the dress code announced as festive and a promise to provide fun, we knew we were in for a special treat before we even rolled in through the gates at Motoland. Our MXstore crew was on hand spreading Christmas cheer all the while sharing the love of riding with Industry leaders, new riders, and some of the most talented MX racers and riders in all of Australia.

Let the day begin

Gates opened at 7 am and the weather turned it on for us, not a cloud in the sky and a high of 30 degrees these are the days you dream of. The light showers during the week and well-prepped track ensured premium conditions for all. If you weren’t there, we are sorry but you definitely missed out! It was a massive day with 110 mini bike races, electric balance bike races along with AirTime FMX Shows and even a meet and greet with Santa to get your very own family photo. The day also included loads of epic activities that the whole family enjoyed, including a huge jumping castle and plenty of prizes and giveaways.

Adding to the joy of Christmas the crew at Motoland was also raising money for the Children’s Hospital Christmas Appeal with the money raised helping fund life-saving research and medical equipment, and provide the highest level of support and entertainment programs for Queensland’s sick kids and their families.

Some race, some ride, but as the crew at Fasthouse would say “We Race Sometimes”. Whether you race or just ride the Merry Motoland ride day was all about having fun on your dirt bike surrounded by family and friends.
